Kay Hardy Campbell is a Boston-area writer with a specialty
in the Middle East. While a seven-year resident of Saudi Arabia she wrote
cultural and business articles for the English language press, exploring the Kingdom's traditional
culture and the world of Saudi women. She is a contributing feature writer for Saudi
Aramco World Magazine, and recently completed her first novel about Saudi women, Driving
Dreams. She also co-founded and helps direct the annual Arabic Music Retreat at
Mount Holyoke College.
